Villages close to Navegaon National Park in Maharashtra are talking reasons but is the government listening?
To save themselves from man eating tigers they are requesting the government to provide them with cooking gas cylinders, so that the women there don’t have to venture into the woods to collect wood for cooking risking their lives.
This will be a really good idea for the government to help the villagers as they try to keep a balance between the territory of man and the tigers.
If they think it’s impossible there is another village just 40 miles away where the local authorities have accomplished this.

I think that would be a good idea so everyone, us and animals, are all safe. I think animals attack when they feel threatened by us.

When tigers and people get too close together, both end up dying. This seems like a reasonable and relatively cheap solution to the problem.
its really tough for big cats to not eat human beings when they are available. it saves them a lot of running and huffing after other animals like deer or bisons.
we are a lot slower.
and we faint when attacked by tigers. easy meal!
